I recently shopped here and was very satisfied with the health product I purchased. The young lady who served me was very informative and quite pleasant.

There is actually a location closer to where I live, but this location always maintains an excellent stock of the supplements I use. I usually order online and then come pick it up in store. The staff is always very friendly, and makes me feel like my time is valuable. It is a very fast in and out process. My most recent experience with this location was particularly awesome. I had actually driven past it and remembered I needed protein powder, so I pulled into a parking lot nearby, went online, placed my order with a coupon, and then just drove over to wait. Before I had parked I received an email saying my order was ready for pickup, so I went inside, ID confirmed and was handed my order. Always a great experience and worth the extra bit of driving.

Horrible customer service. Called on Saturday, looking for serrapeptase and the lady on the phone said they had it in stock. I stopped by the store on Monday to pick it up and the gentleman that was there said they didn't have any that it had to be ordered online. He didn't even bother looking! Then we asked for a manager and told her the situation. And asked again if she could look for the supplement. She went back and found the supplement, gave it to us and turned around and left. Didn't even care about the other employees lack of knowledge and customer service towards us. They both need more training in customer service and product knowledge.. Of th

Prices are high and not too much you can't find online elsewhere. However, if you do want to shop in an actual store and ask questions - the staff is consistently great. Super helpful and will do what they can to help you out which is always appreciated.

I have spent thousands at this store. There is not a time I come in that my purchase is under $100. I just came to restock some stuff and on the way my mask broke, I asked if they had another so I could shop and they said no. Nothing else. The stuff I enjoy from vitamin shoppe I'll just purchase online and I'll get the rest elsewhere. Customer service is a thing of the past.

Employees are so nice and actually remember you and what you buy. Will even call you when they have good deals on the things you buy regularly.

Employees are very knowledgeable. Wish I'd gotten her name. Needed something for low liver function. Very happy with product. Will definitely return
