Exceptional experience at this location. First time in a supplement store to shop, I had previously been buying online. Jamie and Amir were welcoming, knowledgeable, and helpful. Bought so much stuff I may not need to resupply for a while but when I do, I’ll definitely be returning here.

Ordered my wife's Vitamin's online, never received an email confirming order was ready. Had to call the net day to find out it was ready. Only ordering should not include a phone call for order status.

The employee who assisted me was very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their help in finding the product I wanted and the ease of purchasing it.

Vitamin Shoppe always has exactly what I need, especially when it's time for the annual detox. The cleaner is one of my favorite detoxes it helps clean everything on the inside from the small intestines to the large intestines out. They also had some new goodies which I am excited to try if you are interested in pre-workout. I don't believe I will get this product in bulk because I usually do not use pre-workout however I'm always the guinea pig when it comes to new products just to see if it is worth me talking about if someone is interested or if it's a waste of money. I attached the pictures of the product. The staff was also amazing is always never any complaints when it comes to Smiling Faces and a great transaction.

Fantastic service at this location. Alexa was able to help me with a pre and post workout routine for supplements and she handled the store which had 4 customers so well. Friendly greeting with a smile and once she assisted me, her focus was on me. It is SO RARE to encounter this level of customer service so it has to be shared. FIVE SOLID STARS! I love this place! The young lady working there is extremely knowledgeable about all the products there and really very helpful. She also shared really helpful advice in addition, to answering my questions. She is a jewel, 5 stars.

I wish that I had gotten the name of the young woman that helped me today. She was so sweet, so knowledgeable, so incredibly helpful! I gave her my list of needs, and without hesitation, she knew EXACTLY what was needed. She asked me qualifying questions to be sure we were dialing in my precise needs. I am so incredibly grateful. I am new to this area, and her help today went beyond what I needed. The store is clean, well stocked, well organized, smells good. It was surprisingly easy to get to despite being in the heart of the city. There is parking in the front of the store, so no worries about where to park. All in all a 10/10 experience today!! Thank you!

I’ve attempted to order items from this location several times that appear in stock online but after I’ve already paid, every single time no matter what the item is I receive an email that my order has been cancelled due to the items not actually being in stock and then I have to wait close to a week for any kind of refund on the items.

Great Service.. Order and paid for my product online and drove up went in was Greeted so Nicely then the Nice Cashier asked could she help me immediately . I told her I ordered online she asked for my name. I gave it to her she then turned around and grabbed my bag then said may I help you with anything else today Ma'am. I said No Ma'am , Thank You. She said No.. Ma'am Thank You for shopping at the Vitamin Shoppe.. Please come again. I said I will and we both smiled at each and I walked out... This experience was Quick.. Fast... And the Niceness and Professiolism was just Great...............
