Very disappointed. This car wash is not worth it of your time and money-$43 for dirty wheels and untouched calipers , faded plastics and harmed vinyl wrap due to too strong chemical use during washing process . There was dirty untouched spots all over the car. Stay away. Evidence shown on the pictures attached below Edit after owner respond: photos was made 30 min after you clean the car . You have a good point, car looks filthy right? !!!!! This is exactly how the car looks 30 min after your service. Shame . My car is 2 years old and it’s entirely ceramic coated with gold package and my plastics were in a great condition before your service. I am really dissatisfied and disappointed.

This is by far the best car wash experience I have had throughout the nyc boroughs. The attention to detail was way above average. I got the bells and whistles package which was $54 for an suv and well worth it. They got out a ton of dog hair and caked on mud, and even buffed out a hit and run sideswipe that happened to me a few weeks ago.

The one star reviews are correct. Avoid this place. They broke my windshield and then denied it so I have to sue them in small claims court. I watched them check the video and the windshield was completely intact. The first pictures are their own surveillance showing the intact windshield when I came in, the next picture is how I found my car when they said they were finished.

I got the “Everything” package and payed $80 cause I have an suv with a “3rd row”. I will not recommend coming here at all my front bumper is still filled with bugs and flies and there green soap is everywhere on the rear bumper. I personally like the “Mr handwash” in Long Island there cheaper and they will take an hour on your car making sure every crevice is correctly washed.

First time here, amazing staff, amazing service. My car was cleaned better than any other car wash I’ve ever been too. They pay attention to the little details and they take their time to make sure it’s done right as oppose to in and out in 2 minutes like most places. You get what you pay for here, I’ll definitely be going here from now on. Worth the money.Service: Auto detailing

The Wash Experts?? Yeah right... Decided to give this place another try after they rammed my car into the vacuum cleaner. I stand corrected and I should never have given them another chance. They were moving my car, put it in park, and then decided to rev my car. Come on how disrespectful is that? He didn't see that I was right behind the car as he did that and was shook to see me when he came out the car. I went up to the guy and told him if he likes the car, he can buy one and rev that. The wash wasn't all that either but whatever just know to watch these people like hawks or don't even come at all. They're shady. Go to a wash that will treat your car as if it's theirs. Protect your investment.

Perfect wash, car is like 99% dry when it comes out and that other 1% is just water sitting in the cracks and edges that come out later on. The windows are streak free 9 out of 10 times which is amazing when compared to other places. The wait is long but what do you expect when everyone comes to the wash expert.

Edit** you can tell by the owners response how they really feel about their customers***. Take it off the menu and don’t advertise it! AVOID THIS PLACE!! Shady workers. SAVE your money and go somewhere else. Scam alert* I came here a few times in the past without mishap, always get the “bells & whistles” inside/outside. Today they forced us to choose, only between so clean outside only OR “everythinginside/outside/trunk/wax. Explained to the man I don’t need the trunk or the wax but he said they are not offering any other washes. I had to pay additional $10 for “everything”. I feel like this is a scam by the employees to force customers to pay for higher serviceswhich I couldn’t even use. This is the last time I come here. Beware of this shady practice!!!! My trunk is full with items so basically I was forced to pay extra and did not get the service.
