After learning more about the Benefits of Magnesium and Vitamin C Packs, I tried the ones at Walgreens and couldn't commit to taking them as intended...they tasted too Artificially flavored. I could Never pull them into my routine, Until these were suggested... NOW,,, I can't Go WITHOUT THEM, My "day is off if you know what I mean.. :- I love this STORE, ALL the Workers are Super Friendly, and Are Genuinely wanting their customers, to be Healthy and Aware of the Benefits of Water and Trace Minerals and MORE IMPORTANTLY THEY VALUE COMMUNITY!! They go that extra mile to Assist you. Helping with Bottles into the Car or like for ME today, Staying open a lil after closing so that my "ROUTINE" and my "day" won't go without!!! Thanks
I visited this store for the first time today and simply asked if they sell a particular type of basic water filter, and the elderly woman who apparently works there decided to give me her unsolicited “advice” about how the filter I had asked about doesn’t work at all. I said “thank you” and went to leave but she continued to tell me about how that filter doesn’t work with our municipal water supply and said that I must be new to Phoenix, implying I know nothing about Phoenix water. I replied, “I’ve lived here my entire life, thank you.” She then continued trying to “educate” me with her pseudo-science that was clearly just an attempt to push her store’s products on me. Not once was I asked about what I’d be using that filter for nor was I asked if I’d like to know more about why she doesn’t recommend that filter. There were two other patrons in the store while this happened, and one of them thought it was appropriate to tell me that I “learned something today.” I replied, “I actually learned nothing at all. But thank you,” and I walked out. I have a degree in engineering with a focus in chemistry. I’ve studied environmental toxicology and water quality. I’ve performed water studies that include potability and toxicity. In my profession, I engineer complex systems that include water treatment and purification systems. That said, I fully understand which consumer water filters are best for each different use/application. The takeaway: the employee that works at this local water store should probably start asking more questions about her customers’ needs rather than spewing inaccurate information as “advice” that was never asked for in the first place. It’s not even a good sales approach. There are plenty of other water stores to choose from in Phoenix, and I will never go back to this one.
THE BEST water store I've ever been in or seen. Phoenix has 400 ppb chromium in its water supply and this is how you avoid that! Fills as much as you need, and sells snowcones and lemons as well.
The best water in town. Love all the people who work there. Always help me. When I have problems with my hip they will not let me carry any bottles. The owner Denise has become my friend. I trust their filtration system. Only the best products & water. Great Snow Cones too.
I LOVE their water and ice!!!! Actually, our whole family does!!!! We have been getting both from them for over 8 years now. It is always a pleasure to go there as they always provide very friendly service. Even though we will be moving out of the area soon, we still plan on continuing to get our water there.
I parked in front of the water connection. My wife walked in cvs while I walked in into water connection to see what was inside besides water. The lady inside started with "you cant park in our spot do you know how hard it is to run a small business" while im standing in the store. the spot next to me was empty the whole time. Total karen. Horrible customer service no wonder, it sounds like they are going under. Do not recommend.
We have been coming here for years and wouldn't get our water or our ice anywhere else! Great products and fantastic customer service. Especially during these times, we are happy to support small, local business!
my favorite dessert shop! have been getting their shaved ice for almost 10 years and it is still my favorite! so many options and it is affordable for the portion
I’ve been going to this store for well over a year, but unfortunately I will not be returning due to the blatant disregard for safety in the middle of a global pandemic. The employees do no and will not wear any protective gear, not even gloves when making shaved ice. They’ve now put a sign on the door stating that they won’t ask you about not wearing a mask because it’s personal and they assume you have a “reasonable excuse.” The sign literally says, “No mask, we won’t ask.” How in the world can any decent business owner have zero respect for the health of their employees and their customers? I’ll be looking for a new place to fill my water ASAP.
I've been a frequent guest of this place for over 10 years and was shocked/disappointed by their handling of the current pandemic. No mask is required there's a sign on the door that says "No mask? We won't ask! and no employees wear masks/gloves or are taking any safety precautions. Since the pandemic has started, this is the only business I've gone into that has completely disregarded the health and safety of its patrons. This isn't a political difference, this is about caring for others which they seem not to.
