I have been waiting for a refund since November. Like many of the other reviews, I didn't recieve my full order. She several emails someone said they would get back to me and never did. They also said I was refunded. That was false as well. Since then no one has returned my calls or emails. The company is a fraud.
If you place an order you will only get a part of it and every time you email them the will feed you b.s. days later after you send the email. I was praising how well it works but an order from November should be filled by February. I can go out for a fantastic steak dinner but if the service is horrible and I don't get the sides I ordered what's the point. DON'T DO BUSINESS WITH THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT. To top it all off they will refuse to give you a refund you will have to go through other channels. PLEASE STAY AWAY. ALSO you can get it cheaper and faster on AMAZON!!
I saw an advertisement for this company online and I really was moved by the mission behind their business so I decided to treat myself and my family with the purchase of filters and large multi gallon container. I made my purchase in December 2020 and it is now May 2021 and I have still yet to receive a refund or my product that I ordered I’ve emailed the company multiple times they replied with an apology and letting me know that they hope to send my product soon or they could give me a store credit. I do t want anything g to do with this company and I definitely don’t recommend them. At this point I’m fed up with this company and their in ability to give me a refund after waiting well over five months. I was insulted that they would think I wanted a store credit after having such poor customer service.
I wish I could give negative stars. These people are crooks. I ordered the filtration system in December, made several attempts for a resolution. To no avail. At some point they just stopped responding to the emails. I know I didn't spend a whole heap of money, but it was my money nevertheless. And they basically robbed me without a gun. No product or refund. Terrible. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!!!!! I'm the reviews are by them, not actual customers.
I previously said that I didn't receive my package and I didn't, but the Water Guy company actually sent me all the things I ordered and I love the products. Ignore the below: I never received my package from this company and I sent emails but they never responded. Very bad business. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOU MONEY
I gave this company 2 shots in hopes that they would redeem themselves. I gave them simple instructions to advise me when they arrive so I can open my front door for them. Being that I'm disabled, on 3 occasions they had me wait all day for a delivery that never arrived. They left the water on my front door and were not able to take the refundable bottles since I had no idea they were here. I received emails late at night to advise me it has been rescheduled for another day. Now I'm out of water so I am now going with another reliable company. Sadly I love the taste of there water but there communication skills need work!
For months they kept delivering to the wrong address and would charge me for it. They did eventually get that straightened out but it took about 5 months. When I decided bottled water was not worth the hassle they informed me I was in a two year contract. I would never sign up for a contract, I don't like being in debt in any way. Be very careful when they deliver the water cooler. They have you sign a sheet which looks like it's saying yes to water being delivered, but there is a column where it says term. It is very easy to miss. I read all contracts and did not notice it. When they told me about it I read the form over and over and still didn't see it until going over it about the tenth time. I find this very deceitful. If you are signing a term of service contract it should be very clear that you are signing for a certain period of time.
We have used The Water Guys for a couple of years now at our jobsite locations. The reminders they email notifying of upcoming deliveries is very helpful. We can leave the empty bottles outside if no one will be there the day of delivery. I have no complaints about the office staff because the only time I have ever had to call was to cancel the account or to relocate the unit to a new location and they were easy to deal with.
We love the water guy! Unfortunately we did not get a delivery this month. I never skipped it and almost out of water but they want to charge me 30.00 for them to come out and deliver us water from a truck that wont be in the area. I travel at times for work and we get the water guy delivered to my work so I know they are in the area multiple times.
FRAUDULENT Do not order from this FAKE company!!! I order in November and have yet to receive any products. I emailed them in December in which they claimed it to be a shipping issue due to the pandemic. Then in January and earlier this week they claim it is due to inventory issues. Do not waste your money!!! These animals ROBBED me and several other individuals! Please save your money !
