I‘ve been waxing for about 7yrs now and been to many different locations in a few different countries, but this place had the hottest wax! It was slightly uncomfortable but still bearable. I was impressed with the efficiency of Diana as the session was over in 20mins but there was a slight lack of attention to detail. I also had to wait an extra 40mins from my inital check in waiting time, as there is no way to make a scheduled appoinment. Overall it was a satisfactory visit, but hope the waiting time is not as long next time.

It was my first time at wax in the city in Düsseldorf. I really liked the place and the service. Maria is so friendly and very much customer oriented. Prices are also very good. The best thing is that they all speak English and it makes life so much easier. I will definitely go back.
