The Well... Massage, Acupuncture and Community Acupuncture

I had a wonderful experience during my massage with Patrick. I have been dealing with shoulder issues for 18 months and this is the best my shoulder has felt. He used cupping too, which I feel like made a big difference. I decided to make it a regular part of my wellness routine! Would recommend to all!

Patrick is great! I’ve seen him twice at The Well for massages and hope to return soon. In the past I preferred a female therapist but I feel very comfortable with him. He really listens to your concerns and I love that I can receive a deep tissue massage without feeling like my body is falling apart for days.

I have had several massages with Patrick. He is absolutely wonderful. I have a shoulder issue that he is able to work out. I feel fabulous after my massages, relaxed and pain free. He learns what your body needs. The place is lovely and he is very respectful when he works on you. He stays in touch with how you are feeling.

I've had two massages here now, one with Daniel and another with Patrick, and both were absolutely incredible. Both were punctual, professional, very attentive, and tailored the massage to my request. The location is great, and massage room is spotlessly clean and very relaxing. This is absolutely a gem of a place and I'll definitely be back!

After an hour massage from Patrick, I experienced incredible relief from years of chronic back/shoulder/neck pain and headaches. He is the most solution-based massage therapist I’ve ever been to and I’ve been to a lot! Accompanied by empathetic intuition, he has clearly been well-trained and uses all of his training to bring his clients freedom from the physical stress that plagues them. What a gift!

I am happy to report the 5 star reviews are true! Surprisingly quiet setting, easy to schedule and amazing massages. I’ve had two so far with Patrick and will definitely be back.

My massage with Patrick was a great experience! The location is right in the heart of Federal Hill so I would recommend arriving with enough time to find parking. The massage room was very peaceful and clean, and the table was heated. I came in with a lot of back pain and it was almost completely gone by the end of the massage.

Patrick had done tremendous work to keep on going shoulder issues and pain down. I’ve had other arm pain and loss of mobility that I was ready to go to the doctor and PT for and Patrick helped the issues to go away! Highly recommend. Treatment rooms are clean, quiet snd tranquil.

Had my first session with Patrick and it was out of this world. I hold a lot of stress and tension in my shoulders and neck and he made an effort to pinpoint those locations. I feel so loose and relaxed, HIGHLY recommend and will definitely be going back!
