Shockingly bad experience. I tried White Company for the first time this week. I ordered a bathrobe for my wife's birthday a week ahead of time, paid $35 for express delivery and now 6 days later it's still not here. For $35 I expected next day UPS. So I called the store on 5th Avenue here in NYC to see if they have it in stock here in town. Guess what? Their NYC store phone number rings a number in England. And no one ever answers. Beware. This company stinks.

I love the White Company - I've been a customer for over 20 years starting in the UK and the bed linen is the best you can find. I've occasionally bought elsewhere and always been disappointed - either the colors fade or the fabric loses its crispness. There's a genuine commitment to quality at the White Company from the packaging to the customer service and it shows up in the products.
