The Wig Shop

One of the only spots to get hair supplies easily. The one thing is, since it’s Massachusetts and they are at the heart of boston, THEY ARE EXPENSIVEthe wigs but everything else is pretty affordable. They are very helpful. I have a few things I noted that are weird but I’m not too sure yet! I’ll update soon. Y’all stay safe and hydrated :

Cocktails were delicious, a few more stacks could be added to the menu add a carb please. Got the lobster pancakes and they were to die for. pancakes andIntimate atmosphere and great for a pre or post dinner drink and snack. Can’t wait to go back.

Great experience, easy in and out. The girl behind the counter was so helpful, she helped me find the styles I wanted with ease. I never felt rushed and I was very comfortable. Great prices, great service! Definitely coming back

First off! Awesome customer service skills!!! Some of my sisters know how some hair biz owners can make us feel when we walk in please dont touch the hair and watching you from behind the counter. Not here. No maam! They encourage questions, let you touch the hair, remove it from mannequin!! And they have some wonderful looking pieces.AND they had everything i needed for my install. This review is just about the service and look of the hair however since i havent installed it yet. Im excited though .

Very low key and no pressure to purchase. Prices reasonable and the quality to price was reasonable as well. You won’t get a deal of a life time here. But you also won’t be ripped off. In my experience. Why not 5 stars. There is no were to try on the wigs. Just right there at the counter. I would like a little stall or something to try it on in private

The staff at the wig shop were kind and very very helpful. They were also very knowledge about their products. It was my first time there and also my first time dabbling in the wig world. I must say i had a very good and fun experience there. Thank you Wig Shop staff.

They sold me a human hair wig, that would not fit on my head, when I took it back the manager Dunn could feel that it was too small, Would Not let me try it on in front of her even though it's still technically mines, and Refused To Refund my money. They are hustlers, I will Never Shop Here Again, they don't value our dollars.

I had a great experience here, as a first time wig buyer. I was not rushed and I was able to try on multiple wigs until I found the one I loved. The ladies at the store explained what I could do to style it, fasten it, and when to wear a skull cap or not. Thanks!!

Place is great. Although the lace fronts are not actually lace fronts because there is no natural hair line in site, but if you need 40" in a budget, they got you. 40 bux.
