The Wine Guys

I attempt Dry January every year, so this only applies to a few folks, but the non-alcoholic beer and wine selection here gets more diverse every year. I love the 00 Cabernet and Heineken, and my dad and I are excited to try the Corona and Guinness. I don't miss getting drunk nearly as much as tasting the different drinks, and it's nice to keep the beer-after-work mood going even during the winter. 5/5 to one of the best small, independent drink vendors in Montclair.

We've been regular patrons of this liquor store because of it's selection and cost of wines. However, given that for the 1st time in years of frequent patronage, we opened a horrid sour bottle of a rose' we always enjoy, and went back within minutes to return the full bottle only to be told; "We can't take a bottle back after it's been opened." We were flabbergasted and responded with; "There's something wrong with this bottle...it's spoiled." They refused. So, we refuse to ever give them our business again! Try Amanti or the two nearby liquor stores on Bloomfield Ave and stay away from these "wine guys" who apparently don't know wine and customer service!

Great selection of wines, and at reasonable prices! Friendly staff, and great location. Wish there was more parking accessible and slightly more space to roam inside the store, but the selection was wonderful. Bravo!

Man behind the counter was very informative. When I told him what kind of cocktail I wanted to make, he quickly and confidently suggested the best bottle of tequila for the job. And his suggestion wasn't the the most expensive one either. Thank you kind sir.

Great selection for a boutique style wine/liquor store. They deliver which is pretty convenient. Staff is very helpful if you ever need suggestions.

Bought this Baileys in March of 2020, it curdled when I put it in my coffee. Found that this store used sharpie to black out the expiration date of 2017. They sold this when it was more than 3 years expired.
