I use to see Ashley for my corgi at another groomer. I finally found her again and my corgiccan have a great looking butt. The girl at front was really sweet and friendly. She played with both my dogs and remembered us when we came back.
This was only our first “interview” but miss Jade was one happy pup. At first she was nervous and shy but the ladies at the front were so kind and welcoming, she knew she could trust them especially because her humans trusted them! After a solid 8 hour day, Jade came out from the back with nothing but big smiles. She was perfectly exhausted all night : On another note, I have a physical disability and am unable to handle my dog safely which is a huge reason why we chose to do day care since I can’t walk her regularly. I was worried about the drop off/pick up logistics but the ladies at the from desk are SO kind and accommodating and willing to walk jade to my car, or meet us outside and assist me, no question. I’m so grateful for Woofhaus and so is Jade!! WE LOVE YOU!
Woofhaus takes amazing care of my dog. They are kind and truly love the animals. Bertram, my 100 lb Chessie, looks forward to his Woofhaus days and loving on the staff especially Katie, and playing with his dog go friends. I cannot recommend them enough!
Grateful for you, Woofhaus!! You are THE happy place for our pooch Pluto. Thank you for loving on him and all the pups you care for, means so much
The daycare business might be solid but the groomer side is a total mess lately. Takes 2-3-4 calls and sometimes an email follow-up to book an appointment, and the last time I rescheduled I travel for work they didn't put the new reservation into their system, so we showed up and my groomer was double booked and already at work on another dog. Apparently this happened so much that my groomer has quit and moved on to greener pastures... and I'm following her.
Very caring and professional staff. The place is very clean and well taken care of. I took my 4 months old corgy puppy for an interview 5 hrs of playtime for the first time and got a report immediately after the visit. Will definitely take her there for socialization and play time.
My dog doesn't go here anymore but thats because he broke the rules and tried climbing fences so he's to blame for that one. But I took him here for a few months before that happened and they were nothing but amazing. So much love and respect for all the animals there and they take the time to learn about each dog and their owners as well. I'm so sad I wasn't able to keep bringing my dog here but I recommend this place to anyone and everyone. They're the best.
Just moved to Denver amd so excited to find an amazing spot for my dog! Knox LOVES Woofhaus! The girls are so friendly and helpful and always greet Knox with loving arms! So happy my dog is happy :
Terrible! No live web cams, no ability to see the facility unless planned in advance on a Saturday and only then limited tour. There is another post on here about a staff member abusing dogs - so many red flags!! Should have listened to my gut. They told me they put my sweet small dog with 40 large dogs!!! That’s way too many in one area. Then, they told me he was great the whole time, did nothing wrong, but they are afraid for him to come back bc their dogs are too aggressive and he might get hurt. Why didn’t someone call me earlier if there was fear of him getting hurt?! I asked if a dog bit him or if he did get hurt. Of course they said no. No cameras, so I cannot see for myself. My dog has acted very strange ever since I picked him up. I’m taking him to the vet to make sure because I really do think something went wrong and they aren’t telling me the truth. Such a huge disappointment and VERY scary. Please take this as a warning. Do not send your dog here. ** Update to respond to a very defensive and skewed response from someone who I never met and who never met my dog. I understand you feeling the need to defend your business. However, not one person contacted me to express any concern during the 5 hours my poor dog was with your dogs that you apparently were concerned would hurt my dog. Regardless of the size of your overall facility, you are inhumanely keeping way too many dogs in a very small enclosure that is much smaller than what you reference. You’re just a money mill stuffing as many dogs as possible in an outdoor enclosure during 20-30 degree weather. That is just awful. And, yes, webcams would be helpful so that what you say happens behind closed doors could actually be validated.
