This unique addition to the Arts District on Santa Fe corridor brings Denver a Brewery, Distillery, Denver's only 100% female-owned Coffee Roastery/Shop, two Fitness Gym's, a Handmade Furniture Shop and an Audio visual consultant!!

Story

Before becoming The Yard on Santa Fe, it was a large lumber facility for over 80 years. Now under new ownership and currently under construction, it becomes the "Southern Gateway" to the Santa Fe Arts District and Downtown Denver. We would like to introduce our newest tenants: 1) Renegade Brewery, who also has an existing brewery at 923 W. 9th Avenue, will be opening a brand new 15,000 square foot brewery, http://renegadebrewing.com/ 2) Fin-Art, a modern handmade furniture shop, http://www.finartco.com/ 3) Rocky Mountain Flex Fitness, a great new place to get a workout in, http://www.rmflex.com 4) Inspired training Center, a cycling training facility http://www.inspiredtrainingcenter.com/ 5) Deviation Distillery

This place is comfort, friendly and the food is amazing. The boiled peanuts have a mesquite bbq flavor that make this the top of my list of places to try and love!!!
Good services
Delicious food and great service 1st 2 times 3rd time most of the food was not good and didn't care for the atmosphere. I think IF I EVER decide to go back to this restaurant I will purchase the ribs and potato salad and nothing else since these were the only good items the last time I went to this restaurant.
My brisket was sliced so perfectly it melted in my mouth. I love how they give some of the top cut and bottom plate.
As good as the original location so, the best BBQ in the state. Among top BBQ joints I've found in the country, having traveled extensively throughout Kansas and the Carolinas, the SE and Texas.
The Smoking Hot BBQ was great, reasonably priced and service was friendly and prompt. No wonder it was busy!
Much more than you would expect!
