We strive to create a diverse and peaceful Yogic Experience for you. We believe that Yoga is for EVERY body. We don't care about the latest Yoga trends, or what kind of clothing you wear to class...we are here to provide you with a safe and authentic Yoga experience that will help you move along your yogic path with GRACE and at a pace that is right for you!

Our first class is ALWAYS FREE!! If that teacher or style of yoga is not right for you, we encourage you to try different styles and teachers as individuals vary greatly in what they are looking for in a yoga class.
