My experience was wonderful. So professional and welcoming. I could not finish my program because my husband had a terrible accident and was in salem Hospital for five weeks. So appreciate this PT office. From the moment you walk in and are greeted by the front desk people you will feel right at home. Gina Paine is the therapist I can speak to as she has worked with me on a couple of occasions. She is personable and very knowledgeable. She has brought healing to my body and mobility and comfort back to my life.
Staff were very professional, super friendly. Gina answered many questions about what exersizes to do to attack various trouble spots.
I have been going here for 4 yrs. Staff and Therapist are very friendly. Methods of therapy have worked really well for me! Jessica has been very supportive through all my injuries and disabilities. She has found methods of therapy that have improved my neck and shoulder movements and I have less pain then ever.

My therapist was amazing, really knows her stuff, and the whole staff was welcoming and friendly. I left one star off, however, because my initial referral got missed and so had to be re-issued. And then I did not get a follow-up when I called in a question for my therapist, who indicated she had not received it. For me it would be most helpful if, on the printed PT page, one would be given the email for one's therapist, and so questions could be sent that way directly. Just a thought. I'd still highly recommend them, though!
I was blessed to find my way to Dr Gina Paine for physical therapy after my knee replacement in 2010. She got me moving again and helped me understand both the healing timeline and the importance of keeping up with the assigned exercises a home. She has helped me work thru healing from shoulder and back surgeries and more since then and is always spot-on with her therapeutic approach to whatever problem I present. The office staff and other therapists are friendly and easy to work with; I can't imagine going anywhere else.
I have worked with Gina Paine at Therapeutic Associates through several challenging conditions. Gina is knowledgeable, caring, considerate and innovative in working with whatever problem I am having in the moment. I have confidence in the care I receive at Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy- West Salem and I highly recommend them.
This place is the best. I came here referred by my doctor after a surgical procedure. They have been doing exactly what I needed to help my recovery. I really recommend them. They have an excellent service culture. Very sympathetic, kind and lovely people. I encourage you to come visit them and find it by yourself.
