One of the best gift stores around. Took them 2 hours to make my stuff. Had 4 gifts

The associate was not friendly or helpful at all! I wont be returning to this location!

Lady with red hair at the front counter was extremely rude when i was trying to buy a replacement piece for my necklace that broke. Walked out without buying anything.

Had a great experience here. When I went to pick up my gift for my wife I noticed the engraving was wrong, Jenna the manager fixed it for free and added a couple words on it for free also. VERY SATISFIED !!!

Got the order wrong, but corrected it there. Had to come back, which was a bit annoying, but the sales team made it right. Will continue to do business with them. Very cool and classy items.

I have shopped at Things Remembered in The Mall of NH for several years and have never been disappointed with any of my purchases. The staff is friendly, helpful and kind.
