I go there for the Detroit at Work job fairs and career training programs. I have found a few training programs that I'm very interested in that grasp my attention because it's hands on and in person. My only complaint is they are a bit disorganized and start late providers may pack up early. They seem to care about your success and situation. It's worth a try they offer a bunch of different services.
This is a we’ll need source of information for our community. Life Remodeled has work side by side with Gentle Hands of Integrity
This renovated building makes me smile when I walk in every time. Michigan Works is located inside. They have an arcade, laundry room, gymnasium, and auditorium space for rent.
This building used to be a school and is now being positively utilized to assist the citizens of Detroit to achieve their education and work goals!
This place rocks on so many levels. Camps. Classes..arcade. senior events and job help.
Beautiful building A truly aesthetically pleasing art deco dre come true. The interior is well maintained and there's an ever involving work being done with the best of the best nonprofit organizations as residents. Also, the most delicious Toarmina's pizza ever on the first floor, an arcade, and more I will explore next time! Worth a look and bring a camera you won't want to miss the chance to capture the moment you lay eyes on this beautiful structural gem in our community.
My experience with DIS staff has been awesome. Looking forward to many more awesome experiences.
Sellout. Nothing but mandated reporters in here. What does that mean? It means if you ask for help they'll kick you while you are down. That's how cop callers are.
