The people you meet when you first walk in are a very important part of your business. You never get a second chance to make a first impression. I wish a lot of business owners would keep that in mind when hiring staff. Every DDI I have been to have had women working there who think it's cute to act ignorant. Today was no different. The woman at the window to the right was so loud and crass. I just asked for my referral back so I can go elsewhere.
I didn't care for the place it's not clean enough and no changing room I had to undress in front of the nurse which she could of went outside for a second and no gown
My Appointment was at 8:00 am I waited 59min, and I left because I have to work, why do you offer an early appointment if you don't go to respect people's time I take that time for a reason,
I do not recomend this place. The waiting time for the MRI two hrs and counting. The guy who is doing the test needs a MRI himself he walking with a limp side and talks a lot with people not job related stuff. I would appreciate if they appreciate our time as valuable too.
They need professional receptionist. She spoke to me like I’m her child , no one wants to be treated this way especially when your health is at risk. Delia
unprofessional. I am pregnant now, scheduled from 11am to 3pm but still haven't been called. they said wait until call my name, after entering the room i met her sitting listening to music, i glanced at her computer there are only 4 people. I will never go back there again. it's terrible
Absolutely horrible timing and service. If you can avoid this place, please run. Experience as follows for a simple ultrasound. My appointment was for 7:45 am and I arrive at 7:50 am. I don’t get my papers seen until almost 8:50 am. I have my wife and kid waiting in the car. They ask for my referral document, only to have a difficult time with no electronic submittal and needed to airdrop my documents to the desk attendant. Then conveniently the card processor is “down”, so I needed to run nearby at the diner for cash. FYI all processors have online payment systems. After frequent begging to get an update, I was finally seen at 10:20 pm on the verge of fainting due to my fasting for the appointment. This place was an embarrassment and a huge waste of time, don’t bother if you can drive elsewhere.
ALICIA IF THAT IS HOW YOU SPELL HER NAME THE MAMMOGRAM TECH HAD AN ATTITUDE DUE TO THE MASK SHE COULDN'T HEAR BUT THAT DOESN'T EXCLUDE THE FACT THAT SHE WANTS TO TELL ME ABOUT HER BUSY DAY. WHICH IS NOT MY PROBLEM. YOU CAME TO WORK NOW DO YOUR JOB IT'S A HOLIDAY WEEKEND OH WELL YOU SHOULD HAVE TAKEN THE DAY OFF. WHAT YOU ARE DEALING WITH IS NOT MY PROBLEM. NOW TRYING TO RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT TO ANOTHER FACILITY AND DATE IS NOT THE SOLUTION. CODE OF ETHICS AND RESPONSIBILITY TO SERVICE IS FIRST AND FOREMOST.
1 star is too much should be a minus this third ave imaging lacks supervision or care customers satisfaction is far from a priority nor focus. the delays and over crowded element is not safe fill beyond capacity with standing room and people in street speaks loud how HORRIBLE conditions are request for superior is a JOKE there no one want to address issues
Horrible place with the dumbest staff in nyc the machine breaks at 10 am and my appointment is at three the staff wait till I walk in to reschedule has to be the dumbest
