Helpful staff! Lots of goodies for adults and a heaven for pipe smokers!

Maybe the staff should keep their masks on before turning customers away for not wearing a mask? The lady told me I couldn’t come in without a mask while she’s smoking a cigarette inside with her mask tucked under her chin lol. That was my first time there, prob my last.

Staff is always nice and helpful. They have an outstanding selection of everything they offer. && it’s one of those smoke shops that allow you to smoke inside which for a smoker makes your shopping experience more enjoyable especially if you’ll be in there for a while.

The “ Cute Rich “ had excellent customer service. Great with knowledge of products & over the top accommodation.

This place lives up to it's name If by this that and the other they mean garbage attitudes, poor customer service, and rude doormen.
