Good docs but they never answer their phones or get back to messages. Lack of responsibility/respect for patient needs and I believe this is considered patient abandonment. Office management needs help for sure.

Only reason I continue to go is for Dr.Knight she is absolutely amazing. The rest of staff is horrible. About 5 girl in the front desk and no-one answers the phone, but they stand and gossip all day. How hard is it to pick up a phone.

I have been calling for two days and all I get is their voicemail. Wait times are excessive and last but not least, I feel like my health or concerns do not matter with the HCPs. Dr. Ortiz you should really consider some type of restructuration at your establishment.

I have been going to this doctor over 15 Years but if you are not Hispanic the staff is rude and obnoxious. If they see you dying, you not a priority to them, some care should be taken when we are dealing a diverse community

I can't believe this office never answer calls.... how you supposed to get information over the phone? referrals? I have being calling for about 4 days no call backs-
