Very relaxing, non pressured, absolutely a great atmosphere like the fact that your not pressured into buy a vehicle like you are in Joplin Missouri. Definitely recommend this dealership. I will be coming here to trade mine!

Bought my Sierra there, and got a great deal. Tried to get an Acadia from Dugger but after two days, never gave me a price. In the end, said they could not match another local dealers price, or Laura GMC in St Louis. Nice people, but maybe not the most competitive price wise.

It is a nice facility but the employee's are departmentalized. They don't communicate with each other. It was a confused place.

I purchased a 2016 Sierra Denali HD, Alex Thompson was able to find the exact truck with every option I was looking for. I was looking for certain options and color package. All the staff was very polite and answered all my questions, the facility is top notch, they took me on a tour of the garage and it was very clean. Pleasant buying experience, quick process. With a no non sense approach. Excellent company to do business with.
