I actually got henna done there ! The girl was so sweet and patient with me. I didn't really have an idea on what you to do so she winged it!

I am very protective of getting my brows done and I LOVE it here. Everyone on staff is always professional and friendly. Ive had multiple people do my brows and they always look wonderful. So no matter who you see when you come in, you'll be in good hands. Prices are reasonable and the employees are efficient so you're never in there too long even as a walk in.

I’ve been going there for a about a year and half and I feel like each time I go they do a worse job. I go for a clean up but the past 2 times I haven’t left the shop happy.Maybe Thursday are just not a good day for me to go I’ve had the same women twice and both time I was not happy. I’m going to try a different day to see if that will be better!

Changing my review from a five star review. I got my eyebrows done before and I was very happy with them but then I got my eyebrows done by sarbjeet how much to send despite me telling her not to make them too thin and just clean up.

Got a lash tint and lift here, as well as a brow tinting and face threading and WOW they are experts. I've never had my eyebrows done before trust issues and they did a fantastic job. The tinting on both my lashes and brows looks bold but natural. Both women there were so nice and the shop is bright and clean. Will definitely be going back! Thanks again, ladies.

Did a good job when I really needed my eyebrows done. They had grown a lot but it barely hurt, which is rare. Thank you

Honestly, Saida is the best. I went there two times and with her, it was flawless, but the third time I got Jessi. I literally asked Jessi to keep it thick and to not go too far up. She just said “yes yes” and I look and it’s exactly what I didn’t want. Just go for Saida. Literally cried after Jessi did my brows. Sigh.

I am ALWAYS very happy with the job they do here! The wait is never excessive, they are efficient, and the finished look is always very clean. No matter who threads my eyebrows, they always do a great job, so I never have to worry about who I am paired with when I walk in. They also have very reasonable prices comparable to other places around.

I went to the location on S10th street and really wanted to love this place I don't remember the name of the person who did my eyebrows but I wasn't satisfied with her work. It felt like she hurried through the process. While speedy threading can be a plus for those in hurry, it's important for it to be precise as well. I had to point out areas which needed more precise shaping and I was still left with a bad shape in one of my eyebrows which I had to correct on my own at home. All Covid Precautions were taken and that's definitely a positive during these times. I will not be revisiting this branch but with such great reviews I might visit the other branch on Chestnut. This was not worth my money but I'm willing to give this another chance!
