Nice looking, clean lots. The facilities are well kept and comfortable. Mr. Bill was very polite and helpful. I felt secured in the gated fenced lot. Only negative was noise from road but it will not keep me from coming back.

Very clean park hosts are great downside is rough neighborhood but park is gated and well lit trains are loud at times but for $30 a night with full hookups it's a deal

Wonderful campground with affordable prices. $35 for a night, full hookups...can’t beat that. Very wide area to maneuver easily, friendly management and clean showers/bathroom. Next time I am passing through I will definitely stay here again. I booked with Mary and she was very polite over the phone.

A pleasant experience and quick Uber ride into French Quarter. Mr Bill was so kind and helpful with all our needs. Security gate closes promptly at 5 pm. Felt very safe here. Would return again when passing through.

Great place for big rvs i got a 38ft toy hauler and a dually and I had no issues getting into my spot. The train is noisy and the neighborhood is a little rough but over all id stay here again

Great small, no frills rv park 10 minutes from the French Quarter. Staff is super friendly, park is clean, full hookups, laundry facility, gated and with a giant chess set on the yard! Their is a train track right behind them so try asking for a spot close to the entrance. Great price, clean and safe.
