This place is a find! Beautiful old home with antique and period furnishings.  Great beds and linens!  Gracious and very helpful hostess.  Complete breakfast fixings.

I would highly recommend staying at the Three Oaks Guest Inn if you plan to visit Valley City. The accommodations were GREAT and having the use of the entire house was perfect. The Inn is filled with lovely antiques and period pieces. The kitchen was welled stocked with utensils to cook a hearty breakfast in the morning. Special thanks to Kara for her hospitality, she went above and beyond to make sure our stay was comfortable even after torrential rains hit the Valley City area two nights prior to our stay. Look forward to staying again one day.

My wife and I had a wonderful stay at 3 OAKS GUEST INN. Kara had an abundence of information and history of the neiborhood and Valley City itself which I really enjoyed. She made us feel vary much at home and we will stay there again!
