Thrifty Car Rental

I’ve been waiting on line for hour and half. At least another hour to go. You would have to be out of your mind to go through this agony. Over two hours to get a car. How is this company in business? How would thrifty ever get a return customer. It baffles me how some companies like this stay in business.

The worst rental experience I ever in my life had, employees had the nastiest attitudes ,they opened lated with no apologies just messy attitudes will. never use this place again

Told me they don’t do same day rentals and I had already paid for it. Never again!! Stay away!!

They hold a large amount of money on your major credit card I am not talking about a debit card. A Major well known gold credit. They hold twice the amount of the rental on your major credit card. I have never had to do that and I have been renting cars for years all over the world

This location is only open until 2pm Sa-Tue and 6pm Wed-Fri however they take reservations for anytime. Customer service representative hung up when I lodged a complaint. Stranded without a car at the airport by Thrifty, but thanks to the competition I was on my way.
