Thrifty Car Rental

If I could give them 0 stars I would. Put a $500 hold on my debit card because I didn’t have my credit card. Line was insanely long & customer service was beyond poor. NEVER RENTING AT THRIFTY AGAIN. My kids are sleeping on the seats because of how long they took to rent me a car.

Helpful professional staff. Great cars for a great price. Lost a star for being offsite from the airport. The only thing they could improve.

Got me in and out quickly. Good price for the car and check out and drop off were easy. Only had one bus running so pick up took a minute

Very friendly people got an upgrade for a very reasonable price. Would be 5stars when there actually located at the airport after the construction is done. Will definitely rent from them again if we go back

They'd get 5 stars if they had a camera that caught the people who dismantled the car that got stuck in the snow during the storm. Its not Thriftys fault but so depressing. Other than that, they always have great service and pricing. Thank you!
