Thrifty Car Wash

This place is poorly maintained, the blower at a station is broken, the controls to choose what you want rinse, soap, etc. is not very user friendly or the soap option is just broken because soap never comes out the options are all the same. Definitely would like to see this place updated a little bit. One suggestion I have is that you guys add a automatic car wash like the one that’s there except make it touch less as many people go to these types of car washes, so that they can hand wash their car to avoid swirl marks or whatever, so that definitely would bring up business as it’s much more efficient and I haven’t seen anything like that around here. I look forward to the improvements! :

Only use the self-serve car wash stations. Please avoid the automatic car wash and go to another car wash if you want one. It's likely you'll have a bad experience with the auto wash based on my experience and the other reviews, and there is no customer service, but the self-serve stations work fine. Customer service: I texted the number they noted in their reply below back in June about an issue with the automatic car wash and did not get a response. Edit: I did receive a response a couple months later. : Automatic wash: I tried the automatic car wash on 6/18/22, paid in the phone application, and then waited for the wash to start, repositioned my car and such, but to no avail. Paid was charged, not a hold, but no services rendered, car still dirty, so definitely 1 star or less for the auto wash. Self-serve stations: I did get a good wash out of the self-serve station on 6/26/22. Token and card options available. Price seems fair.

I came back from Tahoe with a filthy car. The auto wash was good. Not perfect as there is still a bit of dirt in the middle of the rear of the car. Well worth me not having to wash it. The app worked well.

If your car is really filthy, this style of automatic car wash won’t get all the grime off, but you can’t beat the price. Pro tip: pay inside and you save a buck. Also, avoid the long wait by going at night. They’re open 24 hours a day.

The car wash is very good. The washers do their job 100%. The receptionists are friendly and helpful. Our car wash is very nice. They are clean and fast. I have had my car washed for 3 years now. I like everything. Never had a problem with something being missing.

I went to use auto wash at the Mountain View site at 3 pm on 6/6/22. The system was not working and would not accept any cards. Another customer encountered the same and we both left without service. There was no human being available to help. I called the phone number provided and was told to leave a voicemail message. The voicemail was full and not accepting any message. Messaging via phone number also did not work. Disappointed as this is the closest auto wash near me.

Horrible car wash! I wish I would not stop there

I just used the automatic car wash using the Wwwash app. It worked perfectly.

Don’t go to this car wash. Used the automatic car wash and left grease and metal paint on my car. As opposed to what owner has been writing in all reviews, they obviously don’t keep the equipment in check or maintain it.

First time here. Edward was in attendance and talked me through the process of self washing. Very fruendly and helpful. Like other reviewers the first bay did not acceot my crefit card, but the second bay did. The washer power was strong, ample soap in the brush, the protectant seal finish was much better than expected. I will come back weekly. And yes, bring your own towels to dry.
