Good experience. Took my very nervous dog here for a checkup and a vaccine. Quick and efficient. Both the vet tech and the vet were very kind and gentle with my girl. Gave me some very good information and quotes for a future dental procedure. Very affordable, as well. Will be returning to this location.
It was amazing. I can say better than we both had planned. I was very nervous and didn't know really what was going on. But being curbside did not mean I was alone the vet called almost instantly after intake talked the whole way thru and explained what he recommended what was given and "dolomite" also got micro chipped for a low flat rate that no one can beat along with the experience. More then recommended by my pup and I Thanks Thrive
Do not take your dogs to this location! We brought our two basset hounds in to get tested for bladder infection. They came in at 9:30 on Friday morning. I was given a call personally by Dr. Miller, who seemed very compassionate and empathetic and told me she would be sending us a quote on a possible surgery for my female basset hound. She also told us that we would have the lab results by Saturday morning. Somebody would be getting in touch with us and we can pick up meds then if there was a bacterial infection. Wouldn’t you know we sure did receive the quote for the surgery for additional dollars, but we have still had not heard from anybody about their lab results, so we called on Saturday and to our dismay we were told that there were no doctors working on Saturday and we would not hear from anybody on Sunday because they were closed. I just called and spoke with Ashley, and again was told that no doctor was available! And that our results had not been reviewed by a veterinarian! This is completely unacceptable and negligent on anybody who claims to care about animals and is in the business to take care of animals! I will never ever take my dogs to this clinic again! We spent nearly $300 to get these simple tests done, and my poor girl has been licking profusely and shooting and surely suffering all weekend. I would discourage anybody from going to this clinic the people end up shuffling you through a scheduling number and you can never talk directly to the clinic and when you do, it’s a roll of the dice on what kind of care you’re going to get. if you want a compassionate empathetic vet that responds quickly do not go to the clinic!!!
The vet Jasmine was so great and her Assistant Abby! They were very informative and they made sure I understood what the plan of care for Pluto consisted of. Overall I had a great experience and so did Pluto.
I love coming I’ve been coming to your clinic and getting your services since I adopted my dog. He’s four years old now and I adopted him when he was seven months old. The problem that I have is I pay for the services monthly and then I come in and get his injections and everything his visit almost cost $400 I don’t like that.
I took my dog in because of a flea problem that we had, and she started her cycle and then her eyes became very squinty and that was the concern for me. I got there, they couldn't draw her blood, I waited 3 days to go back, and they could not draw her blood. I waited again a few days and then they drew her blood, and I took a urine sample back. All I was told is that her white cell count was high and that I should take her to an ER to have emergency surgery for pyometra spelling. I never heard that she may have heart murmurs, kidney, or liver problems as the urine test results were not read to me. Needless to say, I took her to an ER clinic to get her surgery that was $1557, I paid it and then was told about the liver issues and heart murmurs and keeping her overnight with treatment would be another $600 with no guarantee that she would get better and might have to look at other "options' for her. smh I am not going to say this place is bad but returning phone calls and giving the right information is helpful. Organization is another plus for your customers. Passing the buck like regular people medical facilities do I see that too. My dog needed caring for she is not just $$ signs, she is a part of our family, she is family.
Thanks for taking great care of my gato!!! Very affordable & availability!
Just went once to figure out my cat's digestive problems. They were prompt and polite. We feel like we got really good care there!
