Dr. Palermo is one of the best doctors I have ever worked with, if not the best. Her patience, understanding and empathy make me feel truly cared for. I have and will continue to recommend her to my friends and family.

First of all, their street name has been changed from Morrison Blvd to Carnegie. I kept putting in their address at Carnegie and my GPS kept taking me to the wrong place. I kept calling the front desk in a panic because 1. I hate being late for an appointment and 2. I was totally lost. The young woman on the phone was wonderful. When I finally at least got in the parking lot, she actually came out of the office to come get me. I thought that was awesome. Then I met Dr Palermo. I have heard so much about her from both of my daughters and some ladies in the neighborhood who raved about her. Now I know why. She is very attentive, laughs and reassured me we'd get to the bottom of my "ills". Thank you all for your patience and assistance.

Dr. Palermo at Thrive Carolinas is the first doctor I have seen in my 25 years that actually makes an effort to connect with you personally and understand your needs/issues. Going to Thrive is always a treat, rather than a dreadful doctor's appointment.

I had a fantastic massage with their massage therapist, Catherine. I had spoken to her several weeks ago about my knee pain, and she remembered everything I told her and circled back to ask very pertinent questions. She is always very personable and professional. I highly recommend Thrive and all their services!

She collects your medical history in depth and pieces it all together to gain knowledge of “why” you might be experiencing the issues at hand. The offices and medical staff are incredible. I highly recommend this establishment if you want the best medical care available.

Dr. Palermo has been my physician for almost 13 years. She delivered 3 of my 4 girls. I was incredibly happy when I found out that she joined Thrive Carolinas. My massage experience with Catherine was beyond 5 stars - out of this world. Both for the service itself best massage I have ever had, but also for her dedication to her clients and their specific issues. She really listened and went above and beyond. I will be a repeat customer for sure.

I can not say enough great things about Thrive and the staff there and my lovely Dr P. Dr Palermo is like no other physician I have ever worked with or seen for my own personal medical care. Her compassion and desire to help her patients is unmatched. She thinks outside of the box and seems to always stay current on her knowledge about various treatments, even if it means looking to the Cleveland Clinic or other entities for various protocols. She also researches a ton on her own and that was evident when corona virus hit. I love that Dr P always tries to treat with medical grade supplements when possible. I trust her with mine and my families medical care 3000% Thrive as a unit is just fantastic as they are not just a resource for medical care but also offer yoga classes, cooking classes, meditation, accupuncture, and spa treatments and have one of the best therapist I have ever met... Thrive provides excellent care! The staff are professional, knowledgeable and personable! I would recommend Thrive to anyone because you receive complete care without rushing you through the process. Everything from an annual to a facial is excellent!. Dr. Palermo is an amazing physician who I would highly recommend! She has been my physician for more than 20 years and I'm always pleased with her advice and care!
