I don’t know what’s going on there. Never had trouble there in these past ten years til lately. They gave my grandson glasses to someone else. Took a month to get that straight. Now it’s been almost 4 months February since I dropped my own Gucci glasses for new lenses and they lost them. Never called to let me know about the situation. After leaving a few messages I finally found this out. They offered me a pair from their store and rush the order. Still haven’t gotten the replacement pair which cost much much less then my lost Gucci pair. June 21st. I hope whoever is wearing my lost ones are enjoying them. I am disappointed so much in the lack of communication. This has never been an issue with this place until the past couple years. I really hope they can get back the customer service and caring that used to be shown there. I don’t think I will be using Thundercloud any longer for my families eye care needs.
I bent my glasses at work. Stopped by and was immediately helped. The adjustments were done quickly and complimentary. Everything is back to normal, better than before. This is a great optical shop with superb customer service and prices. Definitely give them your business over a national chain. I will be back.
Linda, my friend, who practically lives there, is always very friendly and helpful to my family and myself. My glasses have lasted longer from thunder cloud, than paying top dollar at any other place and believe me i have been almost everywhere since i was 8 year's old. These glasses last & are very affordable!!
Clean office with helpful and polite staff. The selection was great, even contemporary frames. I was a self pay, brought in my prescription. Many frames to choose from. I found a great stylish pair for ONLY $40*
They shout numbers at you, about your prescription like you're able to understand what they are saying. They don't really explain, they just tell you. Thanks for making me feel extra terrible about my eyesight, as if I don't struggle with it already. Had they taken a look at my prescription and advised me about what I could get and couldn't would have been better customer service, then telling me, after choosing a frame, that I shouldn't get it. Going back to America's Best.
Their service is friendly and they get you your glasses in days not weeks, like the other guys!
