Thunderbird Lanes

So I just got off the phone with Gail, one of your employees, and at first I wasn't going to write a review but I now see that you (the owners) respond to these reviews. First let me say that I have come to this bowling alley several times over the last few years and all in all I would say that this is a great place to bowl. My children and I like the atmosphere, the food is good and we have a good time. (Keeping in mind we have bowled other places) Patrick and Rodney are fabulous...always pleasant, always helpful. And most of the other usual staff members are also equally as pleasant/helpful. With that said Gail on the other hand is always snippy/rude. I have had 3 "run ins" with her and it is always the same...nasty, curt, and/or short responses. There is a saying that goes " It isn't what you say but how you say it". I am glad that I am not a person who let's the actions of others keep me from finding the good in most situations but moving forward it might not be a bad thing for you as the owners to address this behavior with your staff. I am quite sure there are others who feel the same concerning Gail's demeanor but also like most people they never take the time to bring these situations to your attention.

My favorite place to bowl. Prices are pretty good, especially early in the day, and the lanes are well kept. I bought my bowling ball from the pro shop here and the owner, Dennis, is really helpful. Lane conditions are good and rarely ever seem to malfunction. Staff is friendly for the most part and even the food isn't too bad. I will say to call ahead before going if you live a distance. They have leagues here every day and sometimes it's a full house (usually Tuesday - Thursday).

A magnificent place to go bowling . I went here with a group of my friends on Friday 4/20/18 . I highly recommend it for family ,and friends .Their pizza and quesadillas are quite amazing and delectable. I had an absolutely exceptional time bowling🎳🎳🎳🎳 here and I can't wait to return hopefully in the near future .

It's a very nice place. Their pro shop is really good and the person who works there is very knowledgeable.

We went to a bowling party with Mozart Masonic Lodge. Pizzas, Sprite, Coke and Lemonade served. Tasty pizza. Lots of lanes at bowling alley. Staff helpful and nice.
