Ticket Alternative

Called regarding tickets purchased for an outdoor event taking place over 2 days asking if there would be a possibility to attend the other day which ticket was not for since that day looks awful in regards to weather. I was met with a rude and unprofessional response by the rep and made to feel as though I was being completely unreasonable by even asking. I approached in a very polite way from the beginning and her attitude was uncalled for. I can take a reply of “unfortunately no” but she was way off base and unnecessarily curt.

Not sure how they allowed my stolen credit card be used to purchase tickets. Good to know they check credentials (sarcasm there) disputing the charges and hopefully getting my money back.

I love going to Wolfcreek. The concerts are live and the audience is full of life. We party on the lawn whether it's 100 degrees or lighting. Most of the time, I come alone and befriend a lot of good folks. I can't wait until next year, because this is the best time of the year. My cooler and chair will be waiting patiently. While I had a great time at a concert that I attended. I was however very disappointed with the parking situation. Walking through wooded areas and trying to find my way back to the car without any attendants out there to help guide people back to their cars. The overflow lot was muddy and my car got stuck in the mud. There was no one out there to help. The area should have been blocked off so people couldn't drive their cars into that area. 3 cars were stuck that night in the mud with no staff around at all to help. I will not attend another concert at the Wolf Creek with these types of conditions.
