First off this is coming from someone who worked previously in bridal sales ... Tie the Knot is hands down THE best bridal store in the area! Brenda and her staff go above and beyond to meet the expectations of their customers! Beyond the customer service is a selection of bridal gowns unique enough to cater to all styles, yet absolutely stunning! I am getting married this year and my dress is absolutely perfect! They are very inviting, thorough and easy to work with! I cannot wait for my big day to arrive! Tie the Knot does bridal right! I just wanting to say how WONDERFUL of an experience I had at Tie the Knot. It was the first store I went to for trying on dresses and Debbie was so helpful. She truly cared about how I felt in my dress and helped me with all the styles I had wanted to try on. Seeing how excited she was when I found my perfect dress made my experience so memorable. If you want to have a great experience at a store with an amazing selection of beautiful dresses and caring consultants, Tie the Knot is the place!

I had a great experience at Tie the Knot. I had been to two other stores prior to this one, including David's Bridal. I have to say that the dresses at Tie the Knot are so beautiful, and I believe they have the best dresses in town! I thought I had found "the one" at David's Bridal, but I was having second thoughts. I thought I would try out this place, and I'm so glad I did! The service was great, and Tess was an awesome consultant. I am so in love with my dress, and I can't wait to get married in it!

Horrible experience. Consultant insisted I could only wear 2 of the MOB dresses there. I'm petite, short, 5 ft. But not over weight. Avearge weight for my 5ft stature. Consultant insisted I had to wear something empire waisted and not fitted. The consultant was tall and thin. My daughter, the bride was infuriated. We left. Went to Lady Savannah and found amazing dresses. Staff was wonderful. I found a fitted classy elegant dresses. It's stunning. I was told by the staff I could wear what I wanted. I will never suggest Tie the Knot. But I will send ladies to Lady Savannah. I look amazing in my fitted flare dress. MB

Such an awesome experience! I purchased my wedding dress here and absolutely fell in love. All of the dresses are so unique and detailed and everyone was so welcoming and friendly. I had Debbie helping me out and she was so helpful!!
