I usually purchase from the Tiffany's that is in Riverside square mall because it’s the closest to my house. Short Hills is a good 30-40 minute drive for me. I am happy I took the drive to the Short Hills Tiffany's location and meeting the rep. Dina Buttino and the manager (can't remember her name) that was on duty that evening. I will use Dina Buttino as my preferred sales person from now on. I am a realtor, and I like to purchase closing presents for all my clients at Tiffany's. I usually make a purchase every month, and I think I will either be calling Dina or visiting Dina in person. Her service was phenomenal and the manager that helped with ordering my online transaction as well. Their customer service was top notch! I also want to commend the Tiffany employees at the warehouse, they followed great instructions and I got my gifts nicely packaged and ready to put into the bag for my clients gifts after closing. Thank you Tiffany's for the great team you have at Short Hills.

This is one of the best Tiffany’s in the world. I bought my wife an engagement ring here. If you want to shop ask for “Olga” because she is the woman who helped me and is very nice and a good sales person.

There is good collection of jewelry, however, associates are not passionate enough to provide the best quality service to win over customer which is disappointing from such a reputed brand.

Friendly staff, nice and bright store, but there's no in-store jeweler. So they have to send your jewelry repairs out and it takes 2 weeks to get your jewelry back.
