While visiting family in Portland, I stopped in here because tuning my guitar was nightmare. Took it here, and a young man was able to get it dialed in for me at no cost! I actually ended up buying strings and a strap. Wish we had this type of store in FL. Great customer service!

Love this store! Good customer service is hard to find, but you will find here! I brought in an old sax for repair, and they it dialed in within a few days and didn't charge me much at all. I will be back!

Even though I didn’t purchase my saxophone from them; they gave me FANTASTIC SERVICE AND ARE WELL MATTERED ENOUGH THAT I WILL/WOULD REFER THEM TO A STRANGER if given an opportunity. Thank you Tigard Music. I did buy reeds and Sax shoulder strap from them too.

Best local music store I have been to in the Portland-Metro area. My old tenor sax needed A LOT of help, and the nice repair lady here got in back to perfect playing condition.

Recently stopped in when I was in town from Texas to check out the Guitar selection. WOW. Old school, new school, they had it all. Friendly knowledgeable staff. What a gem!

Not Sure of the name who helped us out, but He was a Great Dude. seemed to love music in general. sparked conversation without any intent of sale. If you are new to any kind of instrument or don't know what you may be interested in, go here. they will help you out... or just talk about music. Great place. Highly recommended.
