Food quality is good and there are ample vegetarian options. Service is quick. It's located in a mall/complex so may be quiet. You can either dine in or takeout. Parking is paid or free for 30min separate lots. Can sure recommend this place. Fusion Indian food in Ontario area, you should give a try when you are near to that area. Try refreshing mint lemonade which tastes like Indian sweet soda. I have only one complaint on their ToGo boxes which are poor quality, better they should upgrade to premium which compliments their food multifold.Dine in: YesOutdoor seating: YesTakeout: Yes
Really good food ... Always on the lookout for Greek & Middle Eastern food. I didn't mind the little wait ... Food was excellent & the guy running it was very nice.Dine in: Yes
I personally did not like the food at all. Did not seem authentic Indian. The paneer was too rubbery. Chana chickpeas were almost equivalent to just boiled, couldn't taste any flavors. The Garlic naan was burnt. Other two breads were ready to eat naans that you can get from Walmart : PS: I would have preferred it if they delivered curry and rice separate and not mixed together.
DON’T EAT HERE 1/10 for food 4/10 customer service Food was hella saggy, not fresh at all. They should either close down or change their food recipes or ingredients. We ate the food since we already paid a lot for it, hopefully it doesn’t make us sick.
Beef gryo - Really yummy! Lamb biryani - Nice amount of spicy, good flavors. However, there was barely ANY lamb. And at $16, that wasn't worth it. Side salad was nice. Chicken tikka bowl - Delicious! I really enjoyed this. Other thoughts: -We often like to get our Asian dishes rice-less and we just use mixed veggies or something from home as a healthier base. Unfortunately, Tikka said they didn't have an option to give the tikka curry without rice. -Yelp says this place has just one $ sign, but of our three dishes, only one was less than $10 a penny less. Our total check to feed 3 people was $41.
Had a below average experience. Mango lassi was a joke. Chicken Tikka fries are some curry heated and poured on top of fries. Chicken samosa was ok.
Tikka is inside the Victoria Gardens food court. After having eaten in all of the food places here, I decided to give Tikka a try. I ordered the Lamb Biryani rice and I got full satisfaction of the delicious spice and flavor. In the beginning I thought there was not enough meat but there were a good portion of lamb meat under the tasty saffron rice. I was satisfied and happy. Just a warning! Biryani has yogurt dairy so if you are "lactose intolerant" like me then, you have been warned! I highly recommend the place.
Tikka Bowl is a fantastic take on Indian-Greek-American fusion. They make amazing food and provide a unique menu that really puts them ahead of the curve. I was surprised with their offerings in terms of the depth and breadth of the menu as well as how good the food was. All of the food I had was made to order and not put on the grill or pulled out of the cold table until it was being prepped for my order. There are 2 reasons why they don't get 5 stars. The first is that I came about 45 minutes before closing and it was clear that they tried to prep as little as possible for my order, including squeezing a sauce bottle to death and skimping on sauce so they wouldn't have to make more/refill it. Secondly, all of the ingredients looked and tasted fresh except the lettuce which I watched them pull out of a pre-mixed bag. As good as the shawarma style lamb was, it couldn't mask the pesticide tasting, low effort lettuce they topped my naan tacos with. With little effort, they could take Tikka Bowl to a 5 star experience and I thin this place has crazy potential. Pictured below is an example of how they can really shine. These are tikka masala paneer fries. They were absolutely amazing.
Food was terrible and took over 30 minutes when they said it would be 15 minutes and there was only one other customer there. One of the preparers kept pulling down his mask and eating while preparing food, I wouldn't care about it but he was sticking his fingers in his mouth while eating and didn't wash his hands or wear gloves. So happy he wasn't preparing our food I would have demanded a refund. If you go there and the older guy with ery short black hair prepares your food keep an eye on it and complain so he stops doing this.
