Tile America - Fairfield, CT has the most amazing selection of tile. We found everything we needed and we were assisted by Rita who has an excellent sense of design, knowledge and help for us. Couldn't have done it without her!

Nice selection of tiles and Robin was very helpful. The issue was with one of the contractors. Had to leave 15 messages before he responded to put the tile in. They put in tile and ended up scratching my wood floors and an item that was on my wall was missing. They either took it or it was damaged and they discarded it . It was a sentimental clock, Be very careful with Amel tile and marble. Very unprofessional and the workers are not reliable or honest.

I have seen a few poor reviews on here balanced with some great ones, and of course everyone to their own point of view. But my own experience today was at the other end of the scale. It is also set in the context of some abominable service I frequently receive when buying online. So, how refreshing to meet Rita who was completely engaged from start to finish. She listened to my need, was never distracted once, made thoughtful suggestions and left me with the impression that she was doing the project with me! So that's my view only. Thank you Tile América and thank you Rita!

I recently updated a kitchen of an 1866 Victorian farmhouse. Rita was amazing in helping me choose just the right tile for the backsplash that ties in nicely with a relatively busy wallpaper and open shelving. The result was an updated kitchen that is still timeless. She was great ... I highly recommend her for any future projects that you have.

Great selection of tiles. However, Customer service leaves much to be desired. They don’t answer the phone and when I mentioned that to one of the ladies she just said that they are busy in a rude way. At least be polite about it. Went again to ask a question and they were not friendly or helpful. I would never shop here again.

Went to Tile America to look around and met Rita Szabo a salesperson who , if you are looking at tile and the like you MUST use and here is why I think you should : 1. Design- She has incredible style as to what goes with what. She made some awesome recommendations that i would have never thought of as I did not know they existed.,and worked inside of my budget, and a wide inventory of products to choose from 2. Extremely professional - very easy to communicate with 3. Vision- she was able to take a couple of magazine clippings and created the layout for several rooms 4. After sale care- checked in to make sure that I was 100% satisfied with the results of the work. Thank you Rita and your team at Tile America Best Greg

Robin at the Fairfield location was very helpful in getting to know my style and preferences and with expert skill helped me select accent tile options for my kitchen. The result is very attractive and just the look I wanted. Robin also helped me select tile for my fireplace, which now looks great as well. Robin's associates Mary and Rita also assisted with order pick-up. I'm very pleased with Tile America's excellent customer service and quality products.

The worst customer service ever. Please be careful when you order anything there. They offer help with the measurments calculation and then blame on the customer. I have plenty of subway tiles left and I'm not able to return it. Manager haven't return my call either. Also do not communicate with them via email. They don't check the details and would blame it on the customer as well. I have sent the picture of what I wanted to order and end up getting a different color of the tile.
