I've worked with TilesMax 3 times. I have only glowing remarks about everyone. They do excellent work, and everyone is easy to work with. Each project was completed on time, and I've never had to call them back about anything. You will not go wrong working with TilesMax!

I hate writing bad reviews and but I really don't have a choice with this one. I hired mark and his crew in 2018 to help me remodel four bathrooms in my new home. Bathrooms that I didn't know at the time would never be finished. It's now almost 2022 and I'm still waiting for TilesMax to come out and fix the issues they created and finish my bathrooms. I've been waiting so long I've had to fix some of the grout and plumbing issues myself. Now just to be clear I understand that issues may arise during construction that is normal. What's not normal is the tactics used after the issues happened and not accepting responsibility for some of the damages as well as just not fixing them at all. I kept on being told that the damages done to my bathrooms that they would fix, would be fixed towards the end of the job. So gave them a down deposit to start other bathrooms. When we finally reached my master bathroom the install price increased by approx 6,000 for no reason what so ever considering I changed nothing about the work being done. I had enough and told Mark that we would needed to fix the existing issues and completely finish my three guest bathrooms before starting my master. They disappeared shortly after that never really to be heard from again. I have tried reaching out multiple times since then. I typically get ignored or am told they are too busy to come back out. Here is some of the bigger issues that happened on site. 1. Scratched glass accent tile, schluter trim, Chrome Accents. This happened because installer was using a paint scraper instead of grout float 2.Basement Grout that lost all it's pigment after install. We installed some black grout in my basement shower. As soon as I turned the water on it turned white. Tilemax told me it was due to heavy metals in the water and that it wouldn't be covered I hired Sir Grout to come out and fix it and paid them another $2,000 to do an epoxy grout overlay as a recolor so they wouldn't have to regrout. Now this could have happened because of defective grout that being said I hired TileMax to do the install if the grout was defective it should have been on them to repair it under installation warranty. 3.Leaking Shower door. Mark and his team was by far the most expensive contractor I had come out. I figured if I paid top dollar. I would have top service and top quality unfortunately that was not the case. If they ever come back out to fix/finish my bathrooms, and paint my interior I will update this review. However, Paul the cabinet designer is phenomenal! He is responsive, His cabinets are perfect! Best Cabinet work I've ever seen. No Problems along the way. If you can afford to get your kitchen, bathroom or closet done by Paul, do it! The only compliant I have with my cabinets is my Master Bathroom Toe Kick never got installed due to the master bathroom never being started and my cabinet hardware never got installed due to my bathrooms still needing work.

Mark and his crew did an amazing, high quality job remodeling our master bathroom. These guys are true craftsmen. They have an acute attention to detail and got the job done in a timely and efficient manner. Mark and his crew were such a pleasure to work with and we really do trust him.
