Cynthia Ruiz.....from the Tim Gallegos team.... is simply THE BEST!!!! she is an expert...the best customer service...over the phone the best....online the best...... simply THE BEST OF THE BEST!!!!!

Customer service agents never answer the phone I can try multiple times throughout the day and all you reach is a voicemail. Then you get to there location and they are just sitting there. Its hard when you can't reach anyone and have a general question.
