Staff was very pleasant, but they were out of plain bagels for my order at 6:50am. I was sad because bagel sandwiches were on sale 2 for $4. She offered me my choice of bread for the same price. I ended up with an English muffin that I felt was a little overcooked, but good service goes a long way in my world. I will visit this store again when I'm in the area without hesitation.
great place to grab a breakfast sandwich... good friendly people... excellent ethics... awesome atmosphere.... reasonable price goodies.... try them out... there awesome... 5 stars
I ordered a everything bagel with cream cheese for breakfast this morning. The parking lot and the drive thru were not backed, so the rush wasn't a factor, but my everything bagel had barely any cream cheese like it didn't even cover half of one side of the bagel and there was a tiny bit that covered like a half dollar size on the other I paid extra money for cream cheese. Any customer would react the same way I am right now. I am thoroughly disappointed.
When I arrived the want who took my order was rude. When I ordered my food they didn't have anything available and it was only 7:40 am! When I paid for my drink the only thing I could order she turned and yelled "I just got an order for a Carmel macchiato I don't know how to make it." She took the man behind me order, was rude to him. I continues to patiently wait. She finally realized almost 6 minutes after I ordered that I still did not have my drink. Then the other staff directed her how to make my drink.. At point she stated that they was no way she could get all three pumps of Carmel syrup in the cop. I left ten minutes later! First sip told me it was wrong!!! There is an over whelming bitter burnt taste! This is my second time ever at a Tim Hortons and it was horrible!
Tim Hortons isn't going to get very far in the US market with service this poor. We ordered and stood around for five minutes. Finally had to remind the staff that part of the deal is actually giving us the food and drinks we ordered. Staff seemed lost. Needs better management.
On my way back to Ft. Mitchell, KY I saw a sign for a Tim Horton. We love & miss their coffee & a couple of other items. I stopped to surprise my sons with cups of coffee. I not only got them the coffee they like, but bought a bag of their dark roast, timbits grandkid love, & a fruit explosion muffinI love. The galKat was so sweet as I tried to think of all the things I wanted to get since the Tim Horton we had closed. I couldn't get their wonderful breakfast wrap that I so enjoy because it was late afternoon not morning time. Darryl that worked there saw me start to gather up the coffees & my bag of goodies & quickly offered to help get my stuff to my car. I went into the store as I didn't want to tie up the drive thru. Those 2 employees go above & beyond to help customers. I will definitely stop whenever I am traveling on I75 at the 58 exit for this Tim Horton!!! I just wish they were near me so I could go on a regular basis. If you are ever in the area, stop & try their coffee & other items. Oh, my sons were thrilled I got them coffee at Tim Hortons & I enjoyed my fruit explosion muffin.
TLDR: I will not be returning to this Tim Hortons. I recommend you stay away unless you're feeling too happy and need an experience to knock you back down to melancholy disappointment, though it would be cheaper and less time consuming just to turn on the news for 5 minutes. I've given this Tim Hortons location plenty of opportunities and have been beyond dissatisfied every time. They are always out of everything you try to order. The staff is frequently rude when telling you they don't have staple items, almost like they'd rather you just leave and go somewhere else so they don't have to deal with the trouble of serving you. Today, I ordered a sausage English muffin. When I got to the window, I was told the sausage would take a few minutes and to pull forward. 20 minutes later, a worker approaches my car to tell me they received sausage that was not pre-cooked and they didn't know how to cook it. I was told to either order something else or get a refund. I have a lot of issues with this. 1. How does a restaurant that specializes in breakfast food not know how to cook sausage? 2. Why was I made to wait 20 minutes before they decided to tell me they couldn't fulfill my order? 3. There was no effort made to apologize or compensate for my time and trouble. Needless to say, I will drive to another location further from my house the next time I want a quick breakfast.
Had Tim Horton's coffee and breakfast muffin for the first time ever. The 5 star rating is not for the quality of food but for the lovely lovely lady who served us our food! She was very kind and we had a great chat with her. When we said we have a flight to catch, he held our hands and offered a prayer! Her mannerisms and way of talking to the customers was way too good! If i would ever visit Dayton again, i would revisit this Tim Horton's on Needmore road just to have a chat with this wonderful lady!!!
I hate that this is the closest Tim Hortons to my house because I love the coffee and breakfast, but hate the customer service and sense of urgency the employees at this location provide. I almost never write poor reviews because I've worked in customer service and I know how difficult it can be sometimes. I've given this you Hortons more chances then they deserve, thinking the next time will be different or better each time I go. I will never give this location my business again. Today I sat in the drive thru waiting to order with NO ONE in front of me while the employee working the drive thru let me know she's be with me in a minute. Five minutes later, she still hadn't acknowledged me so I drove off. The customer service here EVERY time I've gone has been less than friendly. I'd rather drive 10 minutes out of my way than go to this Tim Hortons ever again.
I had become jaded toward Tim Hortons due to the poor quality of the Miamisburg store. This store was a good experience. The server was pleasant and warm. The coffee was good and the donuts were fresh! This is how a store should be run.
