I've lived here six years. That new maintenance guy they got Doug is the best. Nothing he can't fix. Glad to be visibly seeing the difference in my apartment and common area. Under New management and you can see the improvements they're making.
The new manager and maintenance staff are amazing! A special thank you to Gordon the maintenance guy for resolving all of my issues in a timely, skillful manner. He was an absolute delight!
We had a positive experience with Bella. She was prompt returning phone calls, friendly, and professional. Excellent location with beautiful park nearby. Unit was clean, maintained, and bigger than others we’ve seen for a better price. Overall, great experience with Crestbruck.
My grandson is looking forward to moving in as soon as an apartment becomes available. The office staff, Sabrina, and Paul, the maintenance manager are so helpful and informative. I feel that my grandson will be safe and comfortable in his new apartment.
So far I love my new apartment!! It’s so quiet and clean. Lindsey has done an amazing job making the move-in process easy by answering any questions I’ve had! Every time there has been a maintenance issue, they have quickly resolved the problem. In most maintenance cases I have dealt with Paul and he’s been fantastic. Every employee I have spoken with at Crestbruck has been very helpful and professional.
I was so impressed with Rylee McCormick’s personality and professionalism! The facilities were so clean and well taken care of. I would definitely consider renting here if I’ll be interacting with Miss McCormick as my needs arise.
