Russell Holly was the broker that I worked with on selling three different properties located north of Waldo Arkansas. The land was small acreage with some light timber. Russell was able to sell this property to investors that were looking for home sites. He guided me through the process from pricing to negotiating very fair prices for me and the investor. In addition, the closings were done with professional firms in an efficient and professional manner. I am almost sad that I don't have any Arkansas property left so that I could visit with Russell. My wife and I moved back to south Arkansas and were extremely gratful and pleased while working with Russel. We moved from out of state and only had 2 days to look at homes. He was great to communicate with before our trip, and had tons of homes lined up, with the specs we had asked for, for us to visit. He picked us up and took us to each one, gave great insight while at each one, and even took us out for coffee afterwards. We absolutely love our home and wouldn't have found it if not for him.
