One of my clips on my bag had broke. The nice lady was able to fix my bag in store and the clip was only 4 bucks. She was super helpful . By the way Timbuk2 bags are the best. Had mine over 15 years still going strong.

Great service, good gear. The staff were nice to my kids while I was checking out some message bags. Although I told my kids to leave the touch screens alone the staff insisted it was OK and allowed them to use them while I was buying a new computer bag

Great customer experience. The staff didn't pressure us to buy anything, were absolutely chill with my brother and I looking around and browsing without the goal of buying anything. They offered bags that suited us as travellers and were extremely friendly to us; making conversation about things other than their products.
