Dr. Reish subspecializes in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, sports medicine, as well as disorders of the knee and elbow.

Story

Dr. Reish subspecializes in arthroscopic and reconstructive surgery of the shoulder, sports medicine, as well as sports related and arthritic disorders of the knee and elbow. He earned his undergraduate degree from Colgate University and his medical degree with high honors from Temple University in Philadelphia. He then went on to complete his Orthopaedic residency at the Ohio State University where he worked extensively with the division 1 football , basketball, and baseball teams treating sports related injuries. Dr. Reish then went on to complete a fellowship at the Insall Scott Kelly Institute in Sports Medicine and Knee/Shoulder reconstruction where he trained with the team physicians for the New York Knicks, New Jersey Nets, and New York Yankees.

Dr. Reish serves on multiple scientific advisory boards and lectures both nationally and internationally at CME courses. He has published, and is involved currently with multiple scientific research projects pertaining to the scope of his practice, specifically, rotator cuff repair, dislocations of the AC joint, as well as reconstruction of the arthritic and unstable shoulder. He serves on many committees including the American Orthopaedic Society of Sports Medicine, and the Arthroscopy Association of North America.
