Spoke on phone, email and chat online with customer service and they just dont have a clue. It shouldnt take 10 communication attempts to fix the account transaction history. Separate departments dont communicate with each other. Very frustrated with some young person that says there will be results but nothing ever gets done.

Worst Credit union in Town, numerous reasons, bought a car through them ,they refused my payment an then repoed my car an then said oh we didn't sell it for enough to make a difference in your debt,an still made me pay them 15000 dollars for no car
