A place where Indonesians get together to eat and hang out. This is like Indonesia where you can use both English and Bahasa Indonesian. A bit too far from LA, but if you like to meet your Indonesian fellows, this is it!

Small store but plenty of indonesian profuct. The lady welcoming us with smile. For Indonesian all you need that you can not find, believe me you can find it here. Soy souce, ready to us mix spice, sambal, fresh tempe and other Indonesian pastry/kue basah, otak-otak, pempek, lontong sayur medan, nasi bungkus Medan, bacang.

Grocery workers cashiers get friendly service Vons prices are high.

My favorite Indonesian Market. They were very friendly and nice. Willingly to assist me the best they could. They even contacted the other TipTop in San Gabriel to make sure they carried the stuff I was looking for. I highly recommend.

I always came here at least 3x/year when I was living in CA - about 3 hours from I lived. Since I've moved to another state AZ 3 years ago, I always miss this store. It is a small store - but it does have a lot of Indonesian items I was looking about - cassava/potato spicy Chios, some nastar/pineapple cake, some spices/bumbu, pecel/bumbu gado2, Kara and palm sugar, different noodles, and the most important - the owner was so nice, helpful and kind. I really enjoyed shopping here - btw I got a year full of Indonesian stock bumbu/snacks/cakes. Will go to another one again later

Tip Top Mart is a small convenient store inside the Hongkong plaza food court. They have Asian products, mainly Indonesian items. They do accept debit or credit card, but there is a minimum $20 purchase. On the weekend they have hot food available for sale. From Indonesian snack to complete meals. One of my favorite is the Matarbak paired with some Tekotak. It's a dessert that has chocolate or cheese filling in side. It's great when serve warm with an ice cold tea. The price are very affordable. Very friendly staff and the place is clean. Try getting some Mie Goreng if you're tired of that cup'o noodle. The warm food they serve over the weekend has a pretty good variety. If you're up for some Indonesian food or ingredient, this is the place to go. So check it out when you get a chance or if you're in the area.

Indonesian grocery, checked. Here we go, this is the place to go in West Covina and vicinity. Small mom and pop business that sell Indonesian snacks and food, some traditional clothes, batik. On weekend you can find unique dishes that you would not find on weekdays, rice and noodle dishes, perishable snacks, chicken sate, desserts, tempe. There is also a sister store at the Walnut location called Alpha dollar. This is just located at the same compound of Mie Janti, bakmi parahyangan, Cana kitchen, Bambu and more....

A one of a kind and experience in this mart.Great place for fresh food and meats. It's amazing that a small store can carry almost everything you might want from a market. Their produce is very fresh and the greens last longer longer.Good quality meat, fruit, and vegetables.This store is great! Staff is friendly and helpful.

I don't realize I bought some expired snacks. But when I want to exchange the next week, the owner told me that those snacks not from their store. Just like that. Such a disappointment...
