I went early in the morning cause my tire was flat from Running over something. There were 2 gentlemen there, one was older who I think was manager he was Latino and there was a younger young man there who was tall but I forgot to get their names.. they were so nice and so helpful and even tho my tire wasn't completely fixable the young man somehow plugged it temporarily just so that I can get to another shop. They didn't even charge me when other places would have charged me an arm n leg just to pull my car n look at it. I had been having a rough week and had my tire popped 2 days prior to this day so I was over it... but they made my visit so peaceful and they were so nice and very professional thanks guys !!

I felt totally dismissed & felt like the person that was giving me back my keys was rude. I just heard him begging & pleading the asian man in front of me to get a tune up & that he could bring in his own parts so they can knock the price down all in while he never acknowledged me while he was speaking to the asian man. However, when it was finally my turn he inquired about 2 other customers behind me on the reason they were coming in today. He never went over any issues with my car & what he could do to get an $1900 tune up & coolant leak fix down or made any recommendations. I honestly feel like he didn't want my business & I was more than disgusted when I left. I will never do business with this company & I hope he gets the exact same treatment when he is in a time of need. I'm embarrassed that I live near this place & really hope to never need their help again even though my warranty for my tires are thru them. I will drive to a different tire works further away just to never do business with this trash store. UPDATE: I took my car to another well respected auto shop & they informed me all it was all along was my coil pack that was making my car misfire on that cylinder & after they replaced them my car is back running fine. Got that done for less than $500 bucks. This Tire works store is a scam & Gloria did absolutely nothing for me beside forward my email to her manager. Now I know they were a scam & your not a smart person if you do any type of business with these sleeze balls & scam artist! ALWAYS GET A 2ND OPINION BECAUSE THEY ARE LIARS & VERY UNETHICAL

The staff was so nice and helped me out In a bind, I was on a time limit. They were short staffed. They were all so generous, they wouldn't take my tip. So I decided to send them some lunch for the great hospitality that they did. I'm very pleased with the service that they did. Thank you so much.

I was coming here for years for my oil changes because of the convenience and decent prices at least with a coupon but now they're a complete ripoff when it comes to prices. They're not very transparent with their prices and always seem to still overcharge, even with the "coupons". They charge at least $20 more than any other decent shop. Charging over $50 for a conventional oil change is robbery and that's the last straw for me. Save yourself the time and money and go somewhere else. After years and years, I know I will not be taking my services there anymore.

Took my truck in for a oil change. Spoke to Paul and found out my technician was Joey. Bob and Paul were very friendly from the start to finish. The staff even noticed the seal on the oil filter was faulty and they switched it out. Appreciate Joey for noticing and correcting it as majority of people would have let me drive off and stuck with the problem. Team was great and I will be back again. Friendly staff and quality work.

Everything went very well. I had a very slow leak in a tire and was in and out in about an hour or less. I had come in early in the morning, so maybe that was why it was done so quickly. Very satisfied with everything!

Had a great experience as a new customer. Very friendly and informative staff. Brought in 2 vehicles with an excellent turn around time. Will definitely be a repeat visitor.
