Tires Plus

My son and I were briefly in Sioux Falls and were scheduled to leave the morning of August 6 to return home to St. Louis. In the evening of August 5, we discovered that one of the tires on our SUV was losing air. We placed the spare on the vehicle for the night. We showed up at 7 am at a Goodyear Tire shop the next morning hoping for a quick repair. The man at the desk told us that the mechanics wouldn't arrive until 8 am, that the schedule was full, and that he couldn't promise when or if he could fix our flat that day. He wasn't the most sympathetic individual and he seemed unhappy to be at his job. We then called Tires Plus and were told to come as soon as possible to the shop. We were there in less than 10 minutes. There were 2 guys working. One of them was Andy but I'm not sure which one actually did the work. The guy at the desk Andy? signed us in immediately. He then drove the car into the shop, fixed the flat, and switched the repaired tire with the spare. We were done in less than a half hour from arrival to departure. On a recent road trip to MT from WI, my rear brake warning light came on indicating “900” miles left. With a lot more miles to go, I made the decision to stop in Sioux Falls, SD to provide the best chance at a quick solution in the morning to keep moving. I stopped at Tires Plus at 7:30am and Tim store mgr listened to my situation, ordered parts and had me rolling by 9:00 am. Incredible service, thank you!!!Service: Brakes

Another tire chain beat their price but they were very helpful, honest and strait forward to work with. 5 stars in customer service but just couldn't meet on the numbers. Would return for other services.

Salesman we're great had no problems unfortunately you're supposed to get a free alignment with every tire purchase and their alignment rack isn't big enough And it's going to cost me a 100 bucks to go somewhere else to have it done. Then unfortunately I get home to find out that my tires were only inflated to 25 pounds and even the chart on the door says 35 pounds minimum so I'm not sure how they set this all up with 10 pounds less air than what's supposed to be in them safely

This has been the worst experience I have encountered while attempting to get an oil change. The guy name Andrew was was extremely rude to me and my family. Not only was he rude to us but to another young lady that was there. He refused to answer questions that pertained to the job that was being done and asked that we find another place if we did not like it. Brushed us off and got us kicked out. I have never been humiliated this way before! I would not suggest this place unless you want to be shamed, humiliated and disrespected!Service: Oil change

I have gone to this place for years and for the 1st time, one of the staff tried to SCAM me! After putting on the new tires i purchased, he told me my car needed an alignment very badly...he even had a sheet showing how off it was and said it would cost $180 lol That's when i knew it was a scam cuz alignment is usually $80. I took the car to an actual alignment shop and they told me the alignment was perfectly fine. I no longer trust tires plus and wont be taking my cars there anymore.Service: Tires

I Was driving on the freeway when I noticed a shaking, turns out my lug nuts were loose. I dropped in by this shop to see if they would be willing to help. One if the workers dropped everything he was doing and came out and retorqued my tires. After he was done Gave me a handshake. This is now my tire shop that I will get all my tires from.

They are super busy but were polite, professional and when I went in to get tires they noted I needed an oil change and were able to fit that in too without an extra wait. Everyone is short staffed now a days, but these guys are working hard to take care of their customers.Services: Tires

I would never go there. There is plenty of Tire places in Sioux Falls. I don’t think there is a place worse than this one. I know the customer is not always right, but I this case I know better your staff is a bunch of liars. Went to Graham automotive on 41st they fixed what Tires Plus messed up for free that’s what I get for trying to save a buck in this economy. I would never recommend a friend or family member to go to this unethical place.

Very fast and easy to work with. I got there late and wasn't able to have the tires put on the same day but the experience overall was great for me at tires plus in Sioux Fall.Service: Tires
