fun, fast paced and all around great class. nice instructors and staff. they're helpful with beginners.

I went to title because I was interested in learning more about boxing. Unfortunately, the classes are not set up to teach boxing skills or proper form. I felt disappointed because I was really hoping to learn boxing.

Love title!!! Great instructor's who teach you proper form and care about your workout!! Its something my teenage daughter and I look forward to every week!

TITLE Boxing is truly awesome. I was worried I would not be in shape enough to do it, but anyone at any level will get a great workout and have an awesome time. I was so excited to join and it is the best part of my week!

Family oriented, good, helpful instructors and my almost 11 years old son loves being there. It is actually workout with boxing skills. I see my son’s self esteem, self confidence are growing and more calm and happy kid since he started. Selim Y.
