Title Forward

We had some hiccups along the way (Sellers moving out of town, condo fee payoffs, etc.) but the staff members handling our file made navigating through them simple and easy. They were a great group to work with. Can't say enough about them. Also loved the on-line platform. After figuring out the paradigm initially, it was super easy to use.

As a Realtor and seller in the transaction I had with Title Forward I was extremely unimpressed. Title Forward tried charging us, the sellers, a $250 transaction fee. Our contract clearly stated that buyer pays for ALL title fees. Everyone in the company started giving me another reason as to why we are being charged this fee. I spoke with one person and he stated if the title is clear we won't need to pay this fee. I asked for that in writing and he said he would need to speak to a manager before putting it in writing... I couldn't believe I heard those words. What kind of company has employees promising things to a client but won't put it in writing? Lack of confidence... Well, after speaking to many people I finally got this fee "waived". My impressions of Title Forward is unprofessional and will slip in charges wherever they can. I would not recommend this company to any of my clients.

horrible. They almost prevented closing and they lied about a pending abatement (it was never pending because it could not be processed due to tax problems on the part of the seller). It is taking over a year to undo and get the thousands of dollars back. They owe me over a weeks salary for all of my efforts and time taken.
