i came in to pay on my bill and was told that i couldn’t pay on it i could only pay in full which wasn’t true so i paid partial online. i called back manager immediately caught an attitude with me and said that my car was gonna get towed the next day when i only wanted to ask a question about a new loan. manager became nice after i told her i would pay in full and refinance.
Tamika was such an amazing person 10/10 5 stars hands down she was so helpful and kind I highly recommend if you come here ask for her.
